How much does it cost?

The Gold Standard in Sport Psychology

Our fees typically amount to $1,400 per program, each tailored to individual needs. There are no restrictions on the frequency of our sessions.

Engaging in a sport psychology protocol is a commitment to long-term improvement. Addressing performance issues requires time and dedication; there are no instant solutions. Our approach focuses on selecting procedures based on thorough initial assessments rather than offering quick fixes.

Viewing any partnership in the context of long-term performance and success goals is essential rather than seeking temporary solutions. Developing mental skills is a gradual process, requiring effort, practice, and diligent documentation and analysis of performance enhancement attempts—a hallmark of practical sport psychology.

Phase I involves intake, initial assessments, and evaluations, including online and office-based tests as necessary. This phase establishes a baseline for understanding performance tendencies during practice, training, and competition. These baselines are instrumental in identifying performance slumps, quantifying mind-body-motor responses, tracking performance changes, and discerning performance disparities between practice and competition settings.

Phase II focuses on interventions, primarily conducted during practice and competition.
